Mr. Tomasz Wróblewski is the author of a set of template letters, contracts and rules of procedure in the field of commercial and labor law published in Lex, a legal information system operated by Wolters Kluwer publishing house. During the 6th term of office of the Sejm (the lower house of the Polish Parliament), he provided regular legal support to a constituency office in Sandomierz, which gave him an opportunity to participate in discussing draft normative acts to be introduced into the Polish legal system.
He acquired his experience and knowledge of substantive and procedural law during his legal studies at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow (final grade: very good) and a 3-year judicial traineeship program at the Court of Appeals in Rzeszów (final grade for the judge exam: very good). He completed a postgraduate course in tax law at the University College of Administration and Law in Lublin.
He worked at the criminal and civil divisions of the District Court in Stalowa Wola, and at a Krakow-based notary office; he also completed an internship at one of Krakow’s leading legal advisers’ offices. During and after the completion of his judicial traineeship program, he worked for a manufacturing and trading company from the chemical and fertilizer sector.
