His experience and knowledge of the substantive and procedural law include legal studies at the Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin and a 3-year public prosecutor traineeship program at the Appellate Public Prosecutor’s Office in Rzeszów (concluded with a prosecutor exam).
He acquired experience during internships at the criminal and civil divisions of the District Court in Tarnobrzeg, at the District Public Prosecutor’s Office in Tarnobrzeg, and at various notary offices.
He has served for many years as a member of the supervisory boards of a number of limited-liability and joint-stock companies, including municipally owned and state-owned companies. He was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Kopalnia Machów S.A., a joint-stock company from the mining sector, and presently serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Zakład Mechaniczny “Siarkopol” sp. z o.o., a limited-liability company from the machinery repair & maintenance sector.
He was registered at the Bar in 2008. Together with Tomasz Wróblewski, he operates Nowak & Wróblewski Law Office.
