His professional experience includes positions at legal advisers’ offices and in the legal department of a WSE-listed company. In the past, he served on the supervisory boards of various limited-liability and joint-stock companies and an investment fund association. He is also active as an entrepreneur, including as the president of the management board of an investment company.
During his professional career, he also provided legal services for the purpose of international private equity projects and participated in M&A processes and bankruptcy proceedings, including the resolution of a WSE-listed company. He provides legal support to limited-liability and joint-stock companies and assistance in M&A and real-estate transactions. He attended several foreign language courses and Legal English training programs. He graduated, inter alia, from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, a Course in Specialized Written Translation – English Section; he also holds the following certificates: FCE, CAE. He continues to develop his language skills.
