He gained professional experience working in legal offices and in the legal department of a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. During his career, he held, among others, positions on supervisory boards of capital companies, as well as on the supervisory board of investment fund companies. He is also active as an entrepreneur, serving, among others, as: president of the management board of an investment company.

During his professional career, he provided legal services in the implementation of international private equity projects, participated in takeover and merger processes and in bankruptcy proceedings – including the recovery proceedings of a company listed on the WSE. He provides services to capital companies, M&A transactions and real estate transactions. He participated in numerous language courses and training in Legal English. He graduated from, among others: School of American Law (The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law), Course in Written Translation of Specialized Texts – English language section, and obtained the following certificates: FCE, CAE. In addition, he constantly improves his language skills.
