We prepare tender documentation for public entities, from support in estimating the contract, through assistance in preparing the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), as well as detailed terms of the contract (SWZ). We also conduct tender procedures on the e-Procurement platform, answer contractors’ questions, analyze offers, prepare information about rejection of the offer, exclusion of the contractor, selection of the offer or invalidation of the procedure. We also represent public contracting entities in proceedings before the National Chamber of Appeal.

We also act on the side of contractors submitting offers in tender procedures, including analyzing the correctness of the offer documentation and its compliance with the SWZ requirements, verifying the fulfillment of tender conditions, and analyzing competitors’ offers, pointing out deficiencies that can be raised in an appeal, and we represent contractors in the course of appeal proceedings before the National Chamber of Appeal, both on the part of the appellant (attacking the ordering party’s decision) and on the side of the party joining the appeal proceedings (defending the ordering party’s decision).
