In her professional practice, she focuses mainly on issues related to legal services for companies with State Treasury participation, in particular corporate services for company bodies and formal and legal communication between the company bodies and the Ministry of State Assets. She specializes in issues related to civil and commercial law, personal data protection, and access to public information. She carries out audits regarding compliance with personal data protection regulations and participates in the implementation of correct data processing principles in organizations. She serves as the Data Protection Inspector in several private and public entities. She has extensive experience in providing ongoing services to business entities and individual clients.

Experience
She completed her master’s degree at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin in Lublin. She gained knowledge and professional experience while studying and acting at the University Legal Clinic. She completed the Academy of Legal Rhetoric course, practiced and completed an internship at the District Prosecutor’s Office in Sandomierz. She completed legal counsel training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Kielce. In March 2016, she passed her professional examination and was entered on the list of legal advisors of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors. in Kielce.
She participated in numerous courses and training in the field of personal data protection, gaining the knowledge necessary to perform the function of a Data Protection Inspector. Currently, she conducts training in the field of personal data protection. She is the author of numerous scientific publications, audits and implements solutions related to personal data protection. She applies in practice the guidelines of the Chancellery of the Council of Ministers and the Minister of State Assets in the scope of activities of State Treasury companies, and also specializes in the practical application of the Act on the principles of state property management. She has experience in serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board of a municipal company.
She has been associated with the N&W Law Firm since 2013.
