The Law Firm’s team has extensive experience in providing services to commercial law companies, both in the preparation and amendment of contracts and statutes, as well as in handling the processes of merger, division, transformation and liquidation of companies. We also provide ongoing legal services to entrepreneurs, including companies and partnerships.<\/strong><\/p>\n We prepare and conduct shareholders’ meetings, participate in meetings of bodies (management boards, supervisory boards) and represent companies in registration and changes of entries in the National Court Register, as well as in disputes regarding the validity of resolutions of bodies. The law firm regularly advises the management boards of several dozen commercial law companies on corporate matters, adopted resolutions, and internal and organizational regulations.<\/p>\n We have carried out many transformations of individual entities into partnerships and capital companies, as well as civil partnerships and partnerships into capital companies. We handle transformation processes comprehensively, with the participation of a legal advisor, tax advisor and certified auditor.<\/p>\n We have registered dozens of companies in the online S24
