He conducts cases in the field of criminal law (defense of suspects, accused and accused, representation of crime victims), civil law (compensation, debt collection, inheritance), and family law (divorce, separation, division of property). He also provides legal services to entrepreneurs, including partnerships and capital companies (including permanent legal services to production companies, as well as entities from the service industry, including transport), creates and supervises the correct keeping of corporate documentation of companies, serves their bodies (management board , supervisory board, shareholders’ meeting), and also represents entrepreneurs in court proceedings.

He gained experience during internships in the criminal and civil departments of the District Court in Tarnobrzeg and the District Prosecutor’s Office in Tarnobrzeg, as well as while working in law firms.
A long-time member of supervisory boards of capital companies, including municipal companies and State Treasury companies. He served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Kopalnia Machów S.A., and currently serves as the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Zakład Mechaniczny “Siarkopol” sp. z o.o.
Since 2008, he has been included in the list of attorneys and, together with attorney Tomasz Wróblewski, he runs the Nowak & Wróblewski Law Firm.
