Her special interests include alternative methods of resolving conflicts, which prompted her to undertake and complete postgraduate studies in the field of judicial and out-of-court mediation. He cooperates with the “Teatr Imagination” Foundation, providing legal services to this entity.

An excellent specialist in mediation and negotiations, a graduate of numerous courses and workshops in the field of interpersonal communication, time management, self-presentation techniques, personality typology, psychology of interpersonal behavior, thanks to which she very quickly and efficiently establishes relationships with clients, and also uses the so-called soft skills in negotiating commercial contracts and resolving collective disputes. He represents individual clients in court proceedings, in particular family, divorce, inheritance, criminal proceedings, as well as in proceedings involving minors. Recognized in the Law Firm as a specialist in difficult cases that require special empathy and understanding of an individual case.

Experience

Mec. Harnik completed her master’s degree at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. She gained knowledge and professional experience during her studies by actively participating in student organizations. During her professional career, she worked, among others, for local government units in Lublin and Tarnobrzeg, including legal support for public procurement processes as well as legal support for municipal investments. Additionally, she provided assistance in the field of educational law and worked for law firms in Tarnobrzeg and Lublin.
She completed numerous courses and training, including: “Professional Official Academy – training for employees of the Municipal Office of Lublin”; “Public procurement and public-private partnership” training. She completed and conducted numerous training courses in the field of personal data protection, serving as the Data Protection Inspector. She took part in several months of training in the field of procedural law at the “ad-exemplum” school in Warsaw. She conducts law classes for high school students from Poland’s leading Social Secondary School in Tarnobrzeg. Additionally, she gained non-legal experience by serving as a member of the Supervisory Board of a company with State Treasury participation.
